VP CEREALE operates throughout the entire agricultural chain:

  • Grain trade (core activity)

  • Animal feed production

  • Raising and fattening animals on their own farms

  • Port and logistics services in Braila Free Zone, which support export operations

This integrated structure significantly reduces operational risks and improves margins.

The company manages the entire business cycle:

  • supply and acquisition

  • storage

  • domestic and international sales

Annual traded volume:

  • approximate 150,000 tons of grain, depending on the season and market conditions

  • scalable to double volumes with additional investments

Solid commercial network:

  • local farmers

  • independent storage operators

  • international traders

  • logistics partners

This ecosystem provides a predictable, continuous and efficient flow of goods.

A diverse range of cereals and agricultural raw materials, sourced from Romania, Russia, Ukraine, Moldova and Kazakhstan:

  • wheat, corn, barley, sunflower seeds, triticale, sorghum, peas, rapeseed, soybeans, sunflower meal / soybean meal


5. Storage capacity and logistics infrastructure

  • Total capacity: 83,000 tons

VP CEREALE operates a own modern transport fleet, ensuring:

Cattle fattening farm – Vișina, Dâmbovița County

  • authorized capacity: 3,500 heads per cycle

  • currently underutilized (significant growth potential)

Pig fattening farm – Stâlpu, Buzău County

  • authorized capacity: 22,000 heads per cycle

  • 3 cycles per year

  • current level of popularity: 11,000 heads per cycle


8. Animal feed production

Investor contribution and business development project

Investor contribution

The proposed investor contribution is 10,000,000 EUR, allocated as an equity contribution in a structure partnership 50% – 50% with CEREAL VP.

This capital infusion will be used for structured modernization, capacity expansion and operational optimization, ensuring sustainable growth on medium and long term.

Financial projections and returns

Based on conservative assumptions and current operational capabilities:

  • Minimum projected annual net profit:
    8,000,000 EUR

  • Projected maximum annual net profit (at full use of existing capacities):
    up to 20,000,000 EUR

11. Strategic impact and regional opportunity

The planned investments will:

  • expand regional logistics and agricultural infrastructure

  • facilitate trade and transit flows in Romania and neighboring countries

  • supports sustainable economic growth

With the end of the conflict in Ukraine, it is expected that Port of Braila to become a key regional hub for:

  • equipment and materials

  • logistics related to reconstruction

Its strategic position on the Danube, combined with road, rail and river connections, will strengthen Romania's role in international supply chains, including for Moldavia and Black Sea region.
