ODA and the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization launch the II Call of 2026 for the establishment and development of industrial parks

July 15, 2026, Chisinau – The Organization for Entrepreneurship Development (ODA), in partnership with the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization, announces the launch of Call II in 2026 within the framework of State program for the establishment and development of industrial parks.
The period for submitting concept notes is July 17, 2026, 09:00 – August 5, 2026, 17:00.
The program is addressed to public authorities and institutions interested in establishing or developing industrial parks on publicly owned land. Through this program, the Government of the Republic of Moldova supports the development of a modern industrial infrastructure, capable of attracting investments, stimulating regional economic competitiveness and generating new development opportunities for local communities.
The Program finances activities corresponding to the three intervention regimes:
• Regime I – establishment of industrial parks, by developing feasibility studies, technical and urban planning documentation, as well as other documents necessary for initiating the project;
• Regime II – development, modernization and expansion of the technical and municipal infrastructure of industrial parks;
• Regime III – supporting investments aimed at developing the economic ecosystem of industrial parks and attracting residents.
Specialized central bodies of public administration, local public administration authorities, including those of the Autonomous Territorial Unit of Gagauzia, as well as higher education institutions that meet the eligibility conditions provided for by the State Program, are invited to participate in the call.
Applicants will complete and submit the concept note and application form, according to the provisions of the State Program and the documentation related to the call. All submitted projects will be evaluated by the Program Coordination Committee, based on the eligibility and evaluation criteria established by the normative acts and the Program Operational Manual.
