"The FIDELIS program continues with the same appetite for the instruments launched monthly by the Ministry of Finance, being the third best edition out of the five launched this year. At the same time, we are pleased that, through the special tranches for blood donors, we manage to attract new investors both in the capital market and in the important social initiative of the Romanian state. Over 17,600 Romanians bought shares in the last Fidelis issue.<\/p>\n

Where can I find the titles I bought in the offer?\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

If they were subscribed through a bank or brokerage company, without signing a financial investment services contract, the government securities are registered in the records of the Central Depository in the name of the holder. If the government securities were purchased under a financial investment services contract, through a bank or brokerage company authorized to trade on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, the government securities are in the holder's trading account.<\/p>\n

These can be held until maturity or holders can sell them or buy others during any trading session at the BVB, through one of the intermediaries authorized (bank or brokerage company) to trade at the BVB.<\/p>\n
